- We take your history and look at any reports, X-rays or MRI scans you have — please bring them.
- Your posture, movement and the area that hurts are examined.
- You get a plain-language explanation of what was found and whether hands-on care is suitable.
- If it is, you agree a plan together, including exercises for home.
- If your symptoms need a doctor's evaluation or a scan first, you will be told and pointed to the right specialist.
